Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1small part of banana stem thinly sliced
  • 2small radish chopped
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam the chopped stem and radish

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the steamed vegetables

  4. 4

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Saute until vapour evaporates

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix well

  7. 7

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with plain rice
