  • 1 cancorn
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • I added a little bit of Goya sofrito because my mom used to

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut spam into cubes

  2. 2

    Brown spam in frying pan

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients and heat through.

  4. 4

    Serve over white rice

  5. 5

    Your welcome.

  6. 6

    P.S. the recipe is easy to multiply or double. The only thing is when adding more corn, you need to drain. So if I double, I drain 1 can
