• Cut with dough cutter, each bout 2 cm, place it at muffin/pie paper
• Proof for 40 minutes, cover with cloth
• Cover the steamer's lid with cloth and bring water to a boil.
• Steam the Pao with medium heat bout 9-12 minutes depends on your size
