Ingredients

  • 285 gramPao Flour (All Purpose Flour)
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 3/4 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 tbspmilk powder
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 1 1/2-2 tspgreen tea powder
  • 1 1/2 tbspcanola oil / vegetable oil
  • 90 mlcold milk + 100 ml cold water
  • 1and 1/4 tsp yeast

Steps

  1. 1

    • Once ready, sit the dough 15 mins in room temperature
    •Flatten the dough using rolling pin, then roll it
    • Cut with dough cutter, each bout 2 cm, place it at muffin/pie paper
    • Proof for 40 minutes, cover with cloth
    • Cover the steamer's lid with cloth and bring water to a boil.
    • Steam the Pao with medium heat bout 9-12 minutes depends on your size
    • Enjoy 💕
