Take a pan add milk,milk powder, ghee. Now on the flame and make the khoya like this.

After that take a big bowl add some refined flour and khoya make a dough.

Now make a small balls from dough.

Take a deep fry pan and heat the oil and balls fry.

After that balls put into the sugar syrap for 2-3 hours.

Gulaab jaamun is ready to serve.
