I got this off a Tasty video/website! It’s really yummy and easy to make.
Steps

Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C.

Microwave ice cream for 30-40 seconds until melted. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Add in egg yolk and whisk until well combined.

Pour mixture into ramekin.
- 5
Place ramekin in a larger pan and fill pan with hot water until it comes up about halfway up the sides of the ramekin.

Carefully place pan with ramekin inside preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Remove ramekin from pan and let cool to room temperature.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours up to 2 days. Best to chill overnight!

Sprinkle tbsp of sugar on top of crème. Place rack of oven toward the top near the broiler.

Place ramekin on top rack of oven. Turn on broiler and leave oven door open.

Watch crème to see if top is brûlée-d to your liking. turn off broiler and remove ramekin from oven.

Let top crust settle for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
