In a large bowl take rava.

Add,curd, salt and sugar mix well to form a thick batter.

Rest for 20 minutes or till rava absorbs moisture.Add the eno mix gently till the batter turn frothy.

Transfer to the greased plate.Steam the dhokla batter for 15 minutes.

Transfer it into a plate and cut into desired pieces.

Now heat a pan add oil, hing, mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and saute.Sprinkle these on the dhokla.Finally serve soft and spongy rava dhokla
