Ingredients

  • For Papad Rolls
  • 50 GmGrated Paneer
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1 cupGrated Vegetables like Capsicum, Onion, Carrots or any
  • 1/3 cupChopped French Beans
  • 2 tbspChopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoonCumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoonRed Chilli Powder
  • 2 tablespoonChorse powder of Mix Dry Fruits (Cashew, Almonds)
  • 1 teaspoonGaram Masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3Papad
  • 1 tbspcornflour + 3tbsp water mixture (for sealing papads) Oil to Shallow Fry
  • For Gravy
  • 2 tablespoonsGhee
  • 1 tspCumin Seeds
  • 1 tspFennel Seeds
  • 1 tbspGinger and Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 cupOnion Paste
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1 tspCumin Seed
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder
  • 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 cupFresh Tomatoes Puree
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 tbspFresh Cream

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan take oil. As per papad roll ingredients list give tadka with spices then toss the veg and dry fruit powder. Cook for 5-7 min
    Cut the papad into half.. wet it little with water to make soft.

  2. 2

    Add stuffing in between roll it with the help of cornflour mixture.
    Fry this roll into oil.

  3. 3

    For Gravy

    Heat the oil in pan. Give the tadka with Cumin and fennel seed.
    Add ginger garlic paste heat for 1 min add onion paste heat it till brown.

  4. 4

    Now add tomato puree. Once cooked add remaining spices. Again cook it with adding little water. Then add cream

  5. 5

    Now add papad roll in gravy. Heat for min. Garnish it with paneer and coterie der. If u like crunchy roll then keep some side, in pic I put it on above gravy.
