Seive all purpose flour then add baking powder and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in it and mix it well.

Now add ghee in the mixture and mix it so well that it comes in a binding consistency.

Now add curd in this mixture and make dough of it (Don't mix it a lot just mix it till all ingredients combined well) and allow it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Cut pieces from the dough and shape it like balushahi.

Meanwhile, heat ghee in a frying pan.

Drop balushahi in it and deep fry them till it becomes golden in colour.

Now prepare sugar syrup with one string consistency.

Drop fried balushahi in the sugar syrup and allow them to absorb sugar syrup for 2-5 minutes.

Take it out from the syrup and serve it chilled or hot.
