Ingredients

  • 250 karela
  • 1 tspsalt,haldi, red chillie powder
  • 1/2 tsppowder rye
  • 2 tspcorasely ground methi Dana and saunf
  • 1/2 tspkalunji
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 11/2 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Karela,s and wipe them.Chop them into round,s

    Keep in the sunlight for 2 hrs.or under the fan to dry.

  3. 3

    Put Karela,s in a bowl and all the ingredients.Mix well.

    Then transfer it in clean dry jar.keep the jar in sunlight for 3-4 days.Achar will be ready to eat in about 7 days.
