Ingredients

  • 4 cupsinghara flour
  • 4boil potatoes
  • 1/2 tspsendha salt
  • Oil for frying

    Make the dough of singhara flour

  2. 2

    Adding mashed boil potatoes

  3. 3

    Add sendha salt and make smooth dough

  4. 4

    Heat oil

  5. 5

    Grease palms and make small pooris

  6. 6

    Now fry till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve with aloo sabzi and curd
