Soak chana for 7-8 hours

Boil chana in cooker immerse tea bag tied in muslin cloth in it

Cut all the veggies length wise

Transfer chang in a kadai.add onion first

Then ginger and green chilli let it cook for some time

Add salt and chaat masala and let chana dry

Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings
