Ingredients

  • Roti Dough
  • 4medium aloo
  • Ginger half inch
  • 1/2 teaspoonDhaniya powder
  • 3Green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoonAmchur
  • Coriander handful chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Hing little bit

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil aloo mash it add all the ingredients mentioned and keep aside. Now take a ball roll out place a lot of stuff in it and bring the corners together. Dust dry flour and roll into paratha it half cm thick. Cool it on hot tawa with ghee on both sides and serve with pickle and curds.
