Steps

Heat oil, add jeera, hing, cloves, pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, chillies, ginger garlic paste, onions, tomatoes.

Cook well. Add the dry masalas.

Let the oil separate from sides.

Add the chopped Baigan-aaloo. Cover and cook for sometime.

Add salt and little water to cook.
- 6
When done remove from heat and transfer in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and fresh grated coconut.
