Steps

Boil the potatoes, peel and cut them into small pieces. Crush the groundnuts. Chop the chillies.

Heat ghee add jeera, green chillies, curry leaves and groundnuts. Mix well.

Now add the potatoes. Salt and sugar. Mix well and cover and cook for sometime.

Serve with lime juice squeezed in it.
