Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2onions
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 2carrots
  4. 1 tbspvinegar
  5. 1/2 (1 piece)red pepper
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Cabbage

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and soak (5minutes) wash onions in salty or vinegar water to kill the bitterness and onion smell.

  2. 2

    Cut the onions into small cubes

  3. 3

    Wash and cut tomatoes into small cubes, slice few tiny pieces of cabbage too.

  4. 4

    Wash, peel and grate carrots into tiny pieces.

  5. 5

    Cut pepper into tiny pieces

  6. 6

    Mix the above ingredients together with salt and vinegar.

  7. 7

    Freeze it for 5 minutes and serve with favourite dish.
