    Season tuna with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 2

    Sauté mixed vegetables in a pan with salt and another spice of your choice.

  3. 3

    Sear the tuna in a cast iron skillet.

  4. 4

    Plate and enjoy your super simple ahi tuna.
