Ingredients

1 packagesoftened cream cheese
2 tablespoonscilantro
1half of onion , chopped
half of a cup of gradded cheddar cheese
half of a cup of mozzarella

Steps

Chop mushroom steams and onion. Add to heated sauce pan with your choice of oil. Preheat oven to 350

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, and mixer in sauce pan aftwr it is cooled down all together in a bowl

Prepare mushrooms

Stuff them

Add cheese and put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking

Add extra cilantro and eat and enjoy!!
