Grease or spray with baking spray an 8x8 pan. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Sift flour, then sift it again with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add chopped macademia nuts, stir then save for later

Stir brown sugar into butter, then cool mixture for 20 seconds
- 4
Beat the egg then gradually mix in the flour mixture. After it's mixed add in the splash of cream liqueur
- 5
Spread onto the pan, then evenly spread the white chocolate chips on top of the mixture.

Bake in the oven for around 22-25 minutes, or until a knife will dip in cleanly, then take it out of the oven and coop. Can be served at any temperature, although reheating will alter texture.
