Lachha paratha dough recipe:
firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take maida and wheat flour.
additionally, add salt, sugar, baking soda and a tsp of oil.
furthermore, crumble well with your hands,

Knead the soft dough,rest dough for 1/2 hour.

Make balls with the dough roll the roti,cut into strips spread oil sprinkle dry flour roll it again with light hands.

Put on tawa grease ghee both sides and shallow fry.
