200 gramlady's finger cubed
1/4pumpkin cut into cubes
1teasle gourd sliced
1onion chopped
2-3green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and add onion and green chillies
2

Add the lady's finger stir fry well till the moisture dries up
3

Add gourd and pumpkin stir fry well and cover till it become soft
4

Add salt and turmeric powder and mix
5

Finally add sugar and mix well
6

Serve it with rice or chapati
