Steps

Wash, peel and grate sweet potatoes.
Heat ghee in a pan, Roast the cashews and almonds in ghee. Fry till little brown and remove them in bowl and set aside. - 2
To same ghee add grated sweet potato and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Then add milk and let it boil on low flame for about 10 minutes until the milk thickens. Stirring constantly. - 3
Add sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame.
Add cardamom powder and mix well. - 4
Garnish with roasted nuts.
Serve hot or cold. - 5
Adjust the quantity of sugar as needed.

You can also use milkmad or jaggery.
You can keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
