Dice the paneer into equal cubes.

Add Maida, cornflour, 1 spoon ginger garlic paste and salt, in a bowl and add little water to the above mixture and add the paneer pieces, leave them to marinate.

Keep it for 30 mins.
now heat the oil and deep fry the marinated paneer pieces.. - 4
In 1 tbsp the hot oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds.
fry on high flame. - 5
Add the onions and saute them on a high flame for about 2-3 minutes.
Now add the capsicum pieces as well and saute further. - 6
Now in a bowl take half glass water and add cornflour, soya sauce, vinegar, colour, ketchup, ajinomoto and salt to the water in the bowl. give it a mix to avoid any lumps.
pour this mix in the pan so as to make the gravy /sauce for the paneer. - 7
When there is a certain luster in the gravy, add the fried paneer pieces followed by green chillies and coriander leaves.
