It's a different type of chhena preparation better to eat with roti or paratha

Boil the milk and extract chhena from it by using lemon juice. Drain the excess water from chhena and keep aside.

Heat a pan add mustard oil. Add chopped onion and garlic saute till it become soft.

Add chopped tomato turmeric, red chilli and garam masala powder and saute till the raw aroma disappear. Add salt,chhena and fry. Add sugar and saute. No need to use water.

Add sugar and chhena bhurji is ready to be served. For garnishing add coriander leaves.
