  • 200 gramokra pieces
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add onion slices saute well

  3. 3

    Add okra pieces fry well and cover till it become soft

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and fry well till the okra pieces get cooked

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well and switch off
