20-25deseeded dates
as neededSome roasted cashews
1/4 cupRoasted almonds
as neededRoasted pistachios
1/2 tspCardamom powder
as neededGhee for grease

Blend the dates in a mixer

Coarse grind the roasted nuts

Mix both of these in a mixing bowl, add cardamom powder
4

Grease the modak mould and put the mixture in to the mould. Press it and demould.

Modak is ready.Consume within 4-5 days
