  • 1 cupMasoor daal
  • To tasteSalt
  • To tasteRed chilli
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tspCumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil daal along with salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    Add all spices and chopped tomato

  3. 3

    Cook till oil sepration

  4. 4

    Now add daal mix and cook for 5 minutes serve with rice and roti
