  • 1/2 kgbeans
  • 1small onion
  • 3large tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the onion & place in the pot. Heat the pot & fry the onions till they brown.

  2. 2

    Slice the tomatoes & add in the onions, cook them till the form a puree.

  3. 3

    Add the pre boiled githeri & stir, then allow to cook for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Season with salt. Serve while hot.
