Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha
  2. 2 tbspsoil
  3. 2onions
  4. 1carrot
  5. 1capsicum
  6. 2green chilli
  7. Handfulpeanuts
  8. Asafoetida
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. Lemon juice
  11. Turmeric
  12. Sugar
  13. French beans
  14. Red chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash throughly poha and strain it.

  2. 2

    Add salt, sugar, turmeric and lemon juice to the washed poha and keep it aside.

    Add oil in kadai. Allow it to heat.

  4. 4

    Fry peanuts and keep it aside.

  5. 5

    Now in the same kadai add cumin seeds, asafoetida.

    Add onions and heat up till it become transluscent.

  7. 7

    Add chopped carrots, beans and capsicum in the kadai.

  8. 8

    Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add red chillo powder in the kadai.

  10. 10

    After this add poha and peanuts in the kadai.

  11. 11

    Mix well all the things and the poha is ready to serve.
