Onion masala paratha

Take a bowl and add chopped onion,salt and mix it nicely then squeeze out the water from onion and keep aside for 5mins.

Now take another bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil and squeezed onion water to make soft dough and rest for 5mins.

Now place the onion in muslin cloth and squeeze out the water completely.

Take plate and squeezed onion,cumin powder,chopped ginger,garam masala,Coriander powder,red chilli powder,green chilli,Coriander leaves little salt and mix it and make small dumplings

Now take small dumpling of dough and make small dough with hand and stuff the onion mixture and seal the edges nicely then roll it gently like paratha

Heat oil on a nonstick tawa add paratha and cook both the sides,Serve it into plate apply ghee on it before serving.
