Line a 9×13 inch baking tin with foil.

Cover foil with crackers making sure they don’t overlap.

Melt butter in a saucepan then stir in the brown sugar.

Once it bubbles turn the heat to medium-low and simmer for 3 minutes.

Don’t stop stirring.

Pour sugar mix directly on the crackers.

Put baking sheet in oven at 325°F / 170°C for 5-10 minutes.

Take out of oven.

Pour chocolate chips on the crackers and let melt for a few minutes.

Spread melted chocolate across crackers completely.

Chop up desired toppings.

Sprinkle across melted chocolate.

Put in refrigerator for 4 hours to harden.

Remove from fridge and peel off foil.

Break apart brittle with hands
