Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan with a lid

Add all the fish and veg to the pan bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes

Cut the chili up into tiny pieces and spread on top of the fish

Squeeze the lemon about a teaspoon full and the same with the lime. (Keep the lemon and lime to slice them for the presentation)

Add the peppers and sea salt and stir gently return the lid and simmer for 5 minutes

Add the peppers on top of the dish stir gently and serve.

Add to serving dish and add the slices of lemon and lime on top
- 8
New boiled potatoes, or rice would be nice with the fish dish.
