Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 bowljaggery crushed
  2. 1 tbskismis,khaskhas and gari powder
  3. 7/8cashew nut
  4. 7/8pista
  5. 7/8almonds
  6. 2 tbspure ghee

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heating pan take 1spoon ghee add all dry fruits and roast it keep aside

  2. 2

    Now in same pan add Jaggery and rest ghee 2min heat them keep flame off

  3. 3

    Now mix all ingredients well and through modak frame make modak

  4. 4

    Decorate with coconut nut powder done
