Ingredients

6 servings
  • 250 gmCapsicum
  • 6,7boiled potatoes
  • Jeera,garam Masala,coriander powder, jeera powder, amchur,
  • red chillies, turmeric powder, ginger, hing, oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all fry boiled potatoes in all masala ingredients

  2. 2

    Than cut the capsicums in 2 pieces, fill the fried potatoes in it than take a pan and shallow fry capsicums and than cover with lid for 2,3minutes

  3. 3

    And than garnish with paneer or coriander leaves as you wish
