Moong dal ladoo is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Dessert.These ladoos taste great and are very aromatic.

Dry roast moong dal on low flame.Keep stir frying till it's light brown in colour and becomes aromat.

When done remove from heat and transfer it into a plate and let it cool to the room temperature.

Once the dal comes to room temperature,grind it to a fine powder.

In a bowl mix roasted dal powder,sugar, cardamom powder and almond powder.All the ingredients should be mix well.Keep aside.

Melt the ghee,ghee should be warm, pour the warm ghee over dal mixture and mix it well.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into medium sized round balls with the help of your palm.

Garnish the ladoos with saffron strands.

Moong Dal Ladoos are ready to serve.
