Ingredients

  • 1 bowlMalai
  • 4bread slices
  • 2chopped onions
  • 1,2chopped green chillies
  • 1Boiled potato
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1ketchup(sauce)
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

Only 6 to 7 min
  1. 1

    Take a bowl of malai

  2. 2

    Add all spices and vegetables to the bowl and mix it well

  3. 3

    Spread the mixture on slice of bread and cover with blank bread slice

  4. 4

    Take a toaster and spread oil on it

  5. 5

    Put it in the toaster

  6. 6

    Keep it there until the the green light comes

  7. 7

    Then our Malai toast is ready to eat..

  8. 8

    Serve it with a ketchup...
