  • 200 gramsWheat flour
  • 100 gramsSpinach chopped finely
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspJeera
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • For shallow fryingGhee
  • Few podsChopped garlic
  • 1 pinchHing

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all Ingredients except ghee

  2. 2

    Adding water to Make a dough

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal portions

  4. 4

    Roll out in circular shape

  5. 5

    Heat a tava and cook the parathas adding ghee on both sides

  6. 6

    Serve with pickle and curd
