Ingredients

  • 4boiled potatoes
  • as neededchopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 2-3chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 200 gramsbesan
  • As neededwater
  • For frying oil
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take besan add little salt and mix add water to make a thick batter

  2. 2

    Mashed potatoes add all the masalas and give tikki shape.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Dip each chops in batter and fry in hot oil

  5. 5

    Complete making all chops in the same way

  6. 6

    Now serve with Chutney of your choice.
