In a pan boil 1 cup of water

Add sugar, ghee and a pinch of salt

When it boiled add rice flour and stir consistently, no lumps required

Let it cool and mash well make a soft dough

For filling make fine powder from cashew nut

Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and black pepper powder mix it well

Add a small quantity off ghee for binding

From the rice dough make small size ball

Make a bowl shape with this ball and fill the cashew powder

Make a shape like modak, give it a proper shape with help of stick

Prepare steamer and steam it for 10 minuts in full flame

Let it cool completely, it's very tasty and delicious
