Soak yellow moong dal in a water for 20 minutes.

Now cool dal in a very little water

After cooking dal add sugar,salt,and oil in it.

Mix nicely and make mixture.

For cover mix maida,rice flour, mashed potatoes,salt and sugar nicely and make a dough.Cover it for 30 minutes.

Take small ball from dough mixture and give it small bowl shape,then fill this one with filling.

Close it nicely and roll this ladoo over the sesame seeds.

Fry all ladoo in a oil on medium hot oil.
