Ingredients

1 cupboiled vegetables like potatoes carrot and peas
Salt
Garam masala
Haldi
Ginger garlic paste
Oil to fry
Finely chopped coriander
10ready made samosa sheets
Maida paste.Deep

Steps

Boil vegetables and strain it.

Allow it to cool.Then mash them adding all dry masalas and salt.

Add finely chopped coriander.

And give thin pencil shape.

Keep this stuffing in samosa sheets.

Fold tightly.

Seal the edges with maida paste.

Deep fry in medium hot oil.
