Veg Kathi Rolls are made by filling a soft flatbread with a spicy, flavorful mixed vegetable stuffing. This dish is loved by both kids and adults alike.

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Mix well, then gradually add water to knead into a soft dough.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté lightly. Add the green chili and ginger paste, sauté for 7-9 seconds, then add all the vegetables one by one. Cook for 2 minutes. Add all the spices and mix well. Stir in the tomato ketchup.

Heat a skillet on the stove. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Roll out each ball into a flatbread (roti) and cook on the skillet, flipping lightly until both sides are cooked.

Cook all the flatbreads this way.

Place the prepared filling in the center of each flatbread and roll them up.
