Heat tawa add semolina dry roast

Now add 1 tbsp ghee and roast it again

Add khoya mix well and add milk powder

As it starts releasing from the pan, switch off and remove

In a pot add water and sugar prepare sugar syrup

Now make balls of the mixture and deep fry

Soak the balls into the sugar syrup for 1 hr or till it is soft
