Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 4-5potatoes
  2. 1 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1 cupspinach
  4. 1onion
  5. 200 gramcottage cheese
  6. 100 grammozerella cheese
  7. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 teaspoonred pepper powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  10. as neededOil for frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Peel and mashed potatoes

  3. 3

    Add bread crumbs in it

  4. 4

    Add 1 teaspoon salt and half of the red pepper powder

  5. 5

    Mix well and keep aside

  6. 6

    Now in a pan add 1 teaspoon oil on medium heat

  7. 7

    Add chopped onion in it

  8. 8

    Add chopped spinach and mashed cottage cheese in it

  9. 9

    Add salt and both pepper powder

  10. 10

    Add chopped green chillies

  11. 11

    Add mozerella cheese and turn off the flame

  12. 12

    Now take a portion of potato mixture and flatten on your palm

  13. 13

    Fill 1 teaspoon cheese spinach filling in it

  14. 14

    Close and make a ball

  15. 15

    Make all balls similar to this
    Deep fry on medium heat till golden
