Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • vegetables of your choice(i used coloured hoho,and baby corn)
  • onions
  • garlic
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil your rice and put it to rest

  2. 2

    Fry your onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Add all your vegetables and stir till well mixed

  4. 4

    Add the boiled rice and mix it lightly to avoid breaking the rice

  5. 5

    Serve with stew of your choice or with salad
