Ingredients

  • 150 gmpaneer
  • 1capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer into cubes add cornflour,black pepper and salt mix well.

  2. 2

    Deep fry the paneer.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion and capsicum saute for 3-4 minutes add sauces and vinegar and little cornflour mix water take a boil add paneer.

  4. 4

    Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Now ready this paneer.
