  2. 1 tbspsake*
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce*
  4. strong flour
  5. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. frying oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the chicken wings and wipe off the moisture well. Chop the wings in half at the second joint from the edge.

    Rub in * marked base seasoning (sake and soy sauce) and dust lightly with flour.

    Mix the soy sauce and sugar well in a bowl

  4. 4

    Fry the chicken in a shallow pan, shake off excess oil then dip in the bowl. Leave for 4-5 minutes.
