4Potatoes peeled and chopped
1onion chopped
2green chillies chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies
2

Add onion chopped and saute well
3

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Cover it till it is soft
5

Now remove cover and fry well adding sugar
6

Serve it with rice and daal
