Soak moog dal for 2/3 hours.And blend it completely

Now, take a bowl for making stuffing....add panner,salt, greenchilli, red chilli powder and mix it well....

Now take blend onces moong dal in a bowl add water and salt in it and mix it well and make a smooth paste of it....

Now, take a pan and grease some oil...make chilla from the batter and stuffed the mixture in it and make it in dosa style....

The yumie moong dal chilla is ready...serve with chutney or sauce....
