Take flour mix salt and curd.. Make thick batter with the help of water.

Take a vessle add rai and curry leaves..green chilli.. add onion saute it..

Add potato and masala...

Add paneer and lemon juice.. Mix it properly.. Stuffing is ready.

Mix all ingredients of chutney and make chutney with the help of mixer grinder.

Now mix Eno in mixer of dosa.

Take a nonstick tava of dosa.. Put it on flame... Spread lil oil on it and clean it.

When the tava is hot..

Spread one big spoon batter on it

Sprinkle lil oil on all sides.

Change the side of dosa.. Now again change the side of dosa..

Now spread stuffing on it.. Fold it.. Dosa is ready.

Multigrain Dosa is ready to eat
