Boil water with salt and 4 tablespoons oil

In bowl add flour pour half the hot water and use wooden or metal spoon to start mixing flour. Use spoon until water cools down

Once dough has cooled use hands to knead until dough comes together. Make a hole in the center and pour 1/8' cup oil, knead until dough becomes soft. Cover and let rest 30 minutes

Divide dough into round balls. Take one roll it out, spread oil on top, roll to form ball again. Repeat until all balls are oiled and formed into balls

Heat pan. Roll the ball into a round thin shape. Add chapati on pan and let it cook a few minutes. Flip chapati and oil the first side. Flip again to oil second side. Cook both sides until golden brown. Repeat for all chapati

To fry cabbage. Add onions tomatoes and salt in pan. Add chopped cabbage, cook a few minutes. Serve with chapati
